Year of the Rooster Menus at Grand Imperial restaurants

Usher in the Year of the Fire Rooster in style and sumptuous taste at Grand Imperial restaurants. Four of the group’s restaurants in the Klang Valley – in Bangsar Shopping Complex, Hartamas Shopping Centre, Pinnacle Annexe Bandar Sunway and 1Utama Shopping Centre – are offering set menus for Chinese New Year.

Priced at RM1,088++, RM1398++ and RM1,728++ per table (with a maximum of 10 persons), the three menus all start off with a yee sang platter. This will be followed by a serving of shark’s fin soup, then options of either roast chicken, baked Iberico ribs or a whole roast suckling pig. Fish is next (choice of steamed red pearl fish or grouper, or deep-fried ayu fish), then poached tiger prawns or an abalone platter. Rice with waxed meats concludes the meal, with Chinese dessert soups (pumpkin puree, snow fungus or bird’s nest) rounding the menu off. Then finally, a serving of the traditional nian gao to start the new year off on a sweet note.
