Pince and Pints KL First Anniversary Lobster Truffle Roll

Pince & Pints Restaurant and Bar, the quintessential destination for lobster feasting celebrates its first anniversary this October! To celebrate this delicious milestone, the popular lobster-only eatery is introducing a luxe new dish, for a limited time only: The Truffle Lobster Roll.

What better way to celebrate a first birthday than with a decadent version of the Pince & Pints signature Lobster Roll? Infused with fragrant truffles and topped with shaved truffles and caviar – it’s time to indulge this October!

The lobster is first blanched for 3 to 4 mins before taking an ice bath. Before serving, the lobster is then taken out of the ice bath and then seared in butter and housemade truffle sauce. Stuffed with hearty chunks of lobster meat (using a whole lobster and the claw) and coated with chopped chives, the lobster roll is then topped off with truffle shavings and truffle caviar adding new depth and flavour to the dish.

The dish is also served with a new housemade truffle sauce with a side serving of fries and chef’s salad with the restaurants own house dressing. The dish is priced at RM 178++.

The limited-edition menu additions will be available from 1st October to 31st December only for all lobster lovers and foodies to enjoy!
