About Time

Revered watchmaker Arnold & Son arrives in Malaysia

The term ‘chronometre’ is one reserved for a supremely accurate timepiece, and the first timepiece to ever be called a chronometre is the No.36, made by British watchmaker John Arnold. One of the most important watchmakers in history, he also presented the (then) smallest ever repeating watch to King George III, powering his fame and allowing him to found Arnold & Son, that continues John Arnold’s tradition of sophisticated complications and flawless craftsmanship from 1764 to today.

Arnold & Son timepieces are now available in Malaysia at Sincere Fine Watches boutiques at Suria KLCC and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Among the astonishing models built in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland available is the Constant Force Tourbillion, a limited edition of 28 timepieces, and the thinnest skeleton tourbillion watch on the market, the UTTE Skeleton. The naval heritage of Arnold & Son is evident is its Eight-Day Royal Navy timepiece, while the HM Perpetual Moon is a triumph of technical sophistication.
