The specially curated dining experience brings together Nobu Kuala Lumpur’s most memorable creations from the past 10 years, reinterpreted with dynamic flavour profiles and spirit pairings, such as champagne, wine, and a selection of sake from the Hokusetsu Sake Brewery.
A year-round progressive tasting menu available throughout 2025, this gastronomic experience, led by executive chef Philip Leong, combines the best of Nobu’s culinary heritage with fresh seasonal ingredients, inviting guests to savour a glimpse of its storied and inventive spirit. Given the fluid nature of the menu, food items may shift according to the team’s preferences. However, diners can anticipate a seafood-focused omakase experience, including oysters, caviar and an assortment of ocean bounty such as yellowtail jalapeno, whitefish dry miso, Chilean seabass beetroot miso, and Nobu style sushi.
