When Rolls-Royce does electric, it does so with all the ceremony and splendour befitting the world’s most prestigious carmaker. Case in point: the new Black Badge Spectre, which made its dazzling Singapore debut today at a private showcase, hosted at creative lifestyle enclave New Bahru.

With 659 hp at the ready in the new and innovative Infinity Mode, and 1075 Nm of torque delivered instantly to all four wheels in its Spirited Mode, the Spectre is but a force to be reckoned with. It glides from standstill to 100 km/h in a mere 4.1 seconds despite its exceedingly commanding proportions. Built on the brand’s bespoke all-aluminium Architecture of Luxury platform, the car allows for a WLTP range of up to 530km.

“Rolls-Royce has always appealed to people who see things differently. For them, a Rolls-Royce was a statement of intent, and an extension of their ambition and character,” says Irene Nikkein, Rolls-Royce’s regional director in Asia Pacific. “Black Badge was launched as the marque’s alter-ego in response from a growing group of clients who wanted a Rolls-Royce that reflected the spirit to challenge convention and seek the extraordinary–something more assertive, bolder in design, and more performance-oriented.”
Orders are now open in Singapore at a starting price of S$2,438,888, dependent on client specifications. With its blend of silence, speed, and unmistakable presence, the Black Badge Spectre signals the future of ultra-luxury motoring—one that hums with quiet confidence, rather than shouts.
Yes, it’s electric. Yes, it’s silent. But rest assured: this Rolls-Royce still speaks volumes.
