TWIL: The All-New Aston Martin Vantage S, Louis Vuitton’s LV Diamonds Collection, And More

Catch up on this week’s most noteworthy updates from the universe of luxury.

In our weekly TWIL series, we bring you the latest in luxury news from around the world. This week’s highlights: Experience the thrill of Aston Martin’s new Vantage S sports car, sparkle with Louis Vuitton’s LV Diamonds collection, and more.

Aston Martin’s Vantage S Is Its Most Performance-Focused Front-Engine Sports Car Yet

The new Aston Martin Vantage S is the next edition in the brand’s legacy of upgraded core-vehicle derivatives available for purchase. It effortlessly overtakes its predecessor, the Vantage, in speed, power, and dynamism, and produces the most performance-focused front-engine sports car in Aston Martin’s repertoire. Feel every surge with its upgraded engine, which peaks at a torque of 800Nm and reaches a teeth-chattering top speed of 325km/h. Perfectly calibrated for you to become one with the car, the Vantage S improves on driver connection, agility, and refinement, thanks to adjustments to its chassis and throttle pedals. Plus, with brand-new bonnet blades sporting an inky gloss black or 2×2 Twill Carbon Fibre finish, as well as a signature ‘S’ badge that gleams subtly yet unmissably on the front fenders, you’d have to resist the urge to keep staring. The ‘S’ motif continues in its bespoke interior styling, which is handsewn into its unique combination of Alcantara and leather, available in both monotone and duotone.

Louis Vuitton Debuts Its LV Diamonds Collection and LV Diamonds Certificate

Dubbed the LV Monogram Star diamonds, Louis Vuitton continues its journey through the world of jewellery with a 53-facet, 4-pointed gem, a cut that reprises the maison’s logo created by Georges Vuitton in 1896. The diamond is set in a variety of formats, from platinum, rose gold, and half-paved rings to pendants and earrings, making for a versatile collection perfect as a gift for any festivity. The maison also presents its first LV Diamonds certificate, a document that lists each diamond’s weight, colour, purity, and cut quality. The file tracks each diamond’s journey, from the country where it was extracted and through to the workshops where it was cut, polished, and mounted, reflecting the brand’s commitment to transparency and accountability.

Van Cleef & Arpels’ New Flowerlace Collection Introduces Five Creations

Carrying the airy grace of flowers, Van Cleef & Arpels tends to its garden with the brand-new Flowerlace collection. The maison sets the sparkle of high-quality diamonds against the vibrant sheen of gold in five unique pieces, a reflection of the sunny exuberance of nature that continues to inspire it. Couture is evident in its individual craft—using ancestral lost-wax casting, the gold takes its shape by running into moulds first shaped by melted wax, which experts subsequently refine by hand. Keep a particularly keen eye on The Between the Finger ring, which combines a fluid and deliberately asymmetrical flower with a diamond that punctuates its curling stem.

Zegna Unveils Its Fall/Winter 2025 Collection Of Torino Suits

The Italian house debuts its collection of Torino-style suits for Fall/Winter 2025—a silhouette inspired by the founder’s original suit from a century ago. The range features structured shoulders and wide lapels, constructed precisely to make a recognisable, refined suit fit for the modern man. Other shared elements of the collection include three-button sleeves, a higher buttonhole inspired by the iconic 232 Road brand mark, and rounded pockets available in both flap and patch versions. At the heart of the range, however, lies the new Vellus Aureum suit, reimagined in a soft flannel, tactile and precise in its fit and constructed using couture-level techniques. Starring in the collection’s campaign is global ambassador Mads Mikkelsen, shot within the same Teatro Regio di Torino that once inspired Ermenegildo Zegna.
