The Maserati Ghibli S turns heads

Mid-sized sedans do not by themselves turn many heads, but the interest is piqued when one realises it is a Maserati. The Ghibli is the marque’s take on the saloon, but filled with the Italian automotive maker’s dramatic flair.

The Ghibli S (RM718,800) is the family’s high-performance model and, to that end its long, sculpted bonnet houses a 3.0-litre, twin-turbo V6 has a maximum output of 430bhp. That can take it from 0-100km/h in just 4.9 seconds, to a top speed of 286km/h. With either the sporty GranSport trim package or the more luxurious GranLusso trim (the latter boasts of Ermenegildo Zegna silk upholstery), you will have an affluent executive sedan that has a little more style than the rest.
