Chef ThiTid Tassanakajohn at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur

The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur continues its star-studded Guest Star Chef Series – the city’ most sought after culinary calendar – with Thailand’s rising star and brightest culinary talent, Chef ThiTid (Ton) Tassanakajohn of Le Du, Bangkok for Mother’s Day weekend this May 10–12 at The Brasserie.

Trailblazing the culinary scene in Bangkok with two of the most exciting restaurants to hit the city, Chef Ton is the young genius behind Le Du, which translates to ‘season’ in Thai and listed at #14 on the latest Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list and a distinction in the Michelin Guide. Still in his 30s, Chef Ton trained at The Culinary Institute of America and honed his skills at the iconic Eleven Madison Park, The Modern and Jean-Georges Restaurants topping it all off as a certified Wine Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommelier’s in New York.
