Savour more than a hundred classic Malay recipes prepared specially by Chef Zaidi and his team that promise a journey of culinary discovery and fond food memories when breaking the fast. Presenting to you our signature, Kambing Percik ala Chef Khairil at the kambing golek counter served with rosemary sauce, mint sauce, asam dip and chilli soy dip.
