This Father’s Day, EAST, Hong Kong is transforming its all-day dining restaurant, Feast (Food by EAST), into The EAST Butchers Club, to appreciate all fathers who love to indulge in gourmet meat and craft beers, bringing a rustic edge to the dining table. The team has crafted an enticing semi-buffet menu for all meat lovers to savour this heartfelt occasion. Fathers will be able to taste different kinds of beer from The Artist, a premium Belgian beer brewery, at their mobile bar during dinner. Guests will be greeted by fresh salads, cold cuts and other wholesome appetisers at the antipasti counter. An array of seafood items, including freshly shucked seasonal oysters and crustaceans will also be served.
The main course offers a choice of three dishes – Memphis Rubbed Baby Back Ribs, Chargrilled Lemon and Herb Chicken Skewer and Crab Linguine. Alternatively, guests can choose to enjoy a sharing board, featuring Beef Onglet Steak, Oven-roasted Rack of Lamb, and Organic Pork and Fennel Sausage with a minimum of two persons per seating. To put a splendid end to the feast, our pastry team has specially created a selection of EAST desserts to delight all heroes.
The special menu is available during brunch on June 17 (Sunday) at HKD528. Guests can enjoy free-flowing Estrella Damm beer to elevate the dining experience, guest can purchase a beer glass for an additional HKD100 . Dinner on June 16 and 17 (Saturday and Sunday) offers two seatings, the first at 5.45pm to 8.00pm and the next from 8.30pm to 11.00pm, both priced at HKD568 per guest. Fathers will be spoilt with an artistic beer opener** from The Artist and children aged 12 or under will receive a 50% discount.
