From 17 November to 16 December 2016, Michelin-starred Chef Jeff Ramsey’s will unveil his newest dining concept – a temporary pop-up: Sushi Babe. Centrally situated at the upstairs private dining enclave of The Apartment KLCC – Sushi Babe will be an amalgamation of traditional sushi-making techniques with modernised details and twists; elements of playfulness, vigour and refreshing energy that have become synonymous with Babe.
Sushi aficionados can choose to dine at the Sushi Bar with an exclusive Omakase menu, where Chef Ramsey will be personally preparing and presenting his creations to just six guests at a time, or savour only the best in Japanese flavours from the a la carte and set menus in the Dining Room.
The Sushi Bar will seat up to 18 guests in total and will be exclusively serving the Omakase menu. Chef Ramsey will be on the other side of the counter, preparing and crafting the sushi dishes for each guest – conversing and engaging with them as part of the Sushi Babe experience.
Up to 6 guests will be accommodated at one seating, with a total of 3 seatings throughout the night (7pm, 8pm & 8.30pm). Sushi Babe’s Omakase menu is priced at RM398++ per person.
Look forward to decadent ingredients and produce such as uni (sea urchin), wagyu beef, jack mackerel, angel prawns from New Caledonia, ikura (fully –ripe salmon roe), aori squid, and more.
