One of Asia’s most celebrated chefs, Singapore’s Justin Quek, will be serving up his mastery of Franco-Asian cuisine for only four days at The Library, Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur.
In a career that has spanned over three decades, Chef Quek has worked in the kitchen of Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide. It was through this journey that he mastered his own personal style – marrying the precision of French technique with contemporary finesse and hints of Chinese heritage. From 12-15 July, Chef Quek will be serving up a four-course dinner menu. Price is RM300 per person, with dining hours being 7-11pm.
