From 26 – 29 October, 2017, The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur welcomes Chef Ryan Clift, from the award-winning Tippling Club, Singapore, for an exclusive dining experience. Ryan, is set to create a sensory moment as he presents his unconventional creativity at the hotel’s French-Mediterranean dining venue, The Brasserie.
Famed for using produce carefully sourced from around the world and from his own herb garden, Ryan will be taking over The Brasserie to introduce his 4-course lunch and 6-course dinner, while Sunday Brunch will highlight some of his signature dishes. Join us for lunch starting from RM338 nett and RM438 nett with wine pairing; or dinner starting from RM438 nett and RM588 nett with wine pairing. Sunday Brunch will be starting from RM298 nett and RM468 nett with wine pairing.
Born in Wiltshire, England, Ryan’s culinary career began at the early age of 14. He was drawn to the high energy and atmosphere of the kitchen from a young age and trained under some of the world’s greatest chefs including Marco-Pierre White, Peter Gordon, and Emmanuel Renaut. Ryan moved to Melbourne, Australia in 1999, where he served as head chef of Shannon Bennett’s critically acclaimed Vue de Monde.
Ryan arrived in Singapore in 2008 to set up his own venture, Tippling Club. Known for its progressive “Avant-garde” cuisine and equally inventive cocktails, Tippling Club quickly rose through the ranks of Asia’s Top 20 Restaurants in The Miele Guide — the first independent and authoritative dining guide of the region’s finest restaurants.
