Japanese-French fusion fine-dining restaurant Lewin Terrace in Singapore is bringing back the Chitose Strawberry Fair, this time for an extended duration of 3 months.
Set amidst the tranquil, lush greenery of Fort Canning Park, the restaurant, housed in a charming black-and-white colonial-style bungalow, is the perfect destination for a midday treat.
As part of this limited time promotion, the restaurant will be running a special lunch menu designed by Chef de Cuisine Hiroyuki Shinkai, featuring sumptuous plates created with a produce-driven approach and the finesse of Japanese & French culinary techniques. In collaboration with Chitose Agriculture Initiative, patrons will be treated to a choice of one out of three strawberry desserts for their final course at lunch, showcasing luscious strawberries hand-picked from artisanal farms in Cameron Highlands. Utilising state-of-the-art Japanese technology, these farms produce strawberries that boast superior freshness and quality.
The lunch menu is priced at SG$48++ (3-course) & $78++ (4-course), and will be available from 1 August 2017–31 October 2017.
