Chopard Happy Christmas Afternoon Tea at Mandarin Oriental KL

Inspired by Chopard’s latest jewellery collection, Executive Pastry Chef Antony Hoyle of Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur and team presents Chopard Happy Christmas Afternoon Tea at Lounge on the Park from now until 28 December 2017.

The themed Afternoon Tea consists of a delicious assortment of five canapés and six tantalising pastries depicting some of Chopard’s jewelry and timepieces, including the ‘Rihanna Loves Chopard’ collection.

Mini Gingerbread Spiced Kugelhopf with Orange jam, vanilla cream
Muscovado & Chestnut Cake – Gingerspice cake, chestnut cream, muscavado mousse
Jungle Green Macaron with chocolate hazelnut praline
Swiss Roll with raspberry and white chocolate
Morello Cherry Pillow with Speculoos tart
Rihanna Loves Chopard Chocolates – Vanilla, caramel, almond and hazelnut praline

Bresaola ravioli with gorgonzola mousse
Blue Swimmer crabmeat, lemon mayonnaise and capsicum confit
Beetroot grave-Lax salmon rose and horseradish cream
Zucchini roll and caponata
Mini vol au vent with poached turkey, potato, egg and cucumber

Classic, Lebkuchen and Cranberry scones with clotted cream, orange marmalade, strawberry jam, lemon curd

The Chopard Happy Christmas Afternoon Tea is priced at RM 148 nett per stand with one hot
beverage and RM 198 nett per stand inclusive of a mini bottle of Moet.
