‘Home of the Stars’ at The Fullerton Hotel, Singapore

Until 10 March, Sicilian chef Giuseppe Costa will call The Lighthouse Restaurant at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, home. As part of Fullerton’s ‘Home of the Stars’ series, Costa will be whipping up favourites from his one-Michelin starred restaurant, Ristorante Il Bavaglino.

Expect to savour hearty plates of Scampi spaghetti with nettled cream and candied lemon, Wine-braised veal cheek, and Cod fillet roasted over razor clams, just to name a few.

Lunch and dinner menus are available. The four-course lunch menu is priced at SG$69++  (RM205++) per person, while the five-course dinner menu is priced at SG$148++ (RM440++) per person. An a la carte menu is also available, and prices start from SG$29++ (RM86.50).
