Following a complete refurbishment and newly designed menu, Belmond Jimbaran Puri’s Nelayan Restaurant and Puri Bar are now open, offering guests the most Instagrammable spot to enjoy seafood and sundowners in the heart of Jimbaran Bay.
The new Nelayan Restaurant and Puri Bar has been specially designed with a range of picture-perfect spots throughout, to ensure guests can create their most Insta-worthy shots. The refurbishment has seen a total revamp of interior and exterior spaces with natural design elements from KUSA studio to bring an authentic Balinese touch to this naturally serene location.
Guests can now enjoy the popular luxury alternative to the Jimbaran Grilled Seafood Experience and dishes from the new menu right on the beach, all year round, set to the backdrop of the Insta-famous Bali sunsets, accompanied by live music and entertainment every night. Belmond staff is on hand to help visitors capture the best shot and can show them to the most Instagrammable places; from cocktails on the relaxing Puri Bar beds to the delicious seafood plates in the lantern-filled restaurant overlooking the bay.
Highlights from the new menu include locally and sustainably sourced Bali Yellowfin Tuna Loin, Squid Ink Spaghetti & King Tiger Prawn and White Fish Ceviche & Soft Shell Crab. Alongside the sumptuous seafood additions, the chef has also introduced a refreshing Coconut Semifreddo and indulgent Coffee Creme Brulee to the traditional Balinese dessert menu.
Nelayan Restaurant serves seafood and international dishes for lunch and dinner from midday to 10.30PM. Puri Bar serves oriental-style refreshments daily from 11AM – 11PM.
