Join the chefs of Tamarind Springs Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, as they jointly celebrate Indochinese flavours and fine wines. Directly inspired by precious family recipes, guests will dine on 100 dishes at the annual Samadhi Carnival this October, spanning traditional Northern-style Thai Hot Pot to updated classics like Cheese Croquettes with Salted Egg Sauce and Laotian BBQ Beef. Expect lots of fresh seafood as well, spritzed in Kaffir lime juice, dunked in rich coconut milk, or tossed in cilantro, Thai basil and coriander.
Wash it all down with one of the finest wine list selections of any foodie festival. Explore the vineyards of Montalcino, Tuscany, with the Tenute Silvio Nardi. Or be introduced first hand to the Coteaux d’Aix en Provence appellation, first introduced as a Vin Délimité de Qualité Supérieure in 1956. Other stand out names include: Sicily’s Mandrarossa, harvested from the Mediterranean island of Menfi, the libations of the Schloss Gobelsburg winery, still honouring the historical styles of the Kamptal region and Australia’s very own, Kaesler Wines of the Barossa Valley, 1845.
