Wasabi Bistro at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur presents Washoku Brunch prepared by Chef Hiro Sakamoto. Available every Saturday and Sunday, the brunch includes a wide offering of the freshest sushi and sashimi as well as appetizers, tempura and desserts.

One of the best Japanese chefs in the world, Chef Sakamoto’s style is to preserve the freshest and original flavours of ingredients while presenting the beauty of his native culture. He has spent half of his career in Japan to learn and taste a diversity of local food and cooking techniques. Chef Sakamoto firmly believes that exceptional dining experience brings joy to life. As his latest creation, the Washoku Brunch has three set menus and they are Shogun, Sakura and Samurai Sushi Boats. Each boat is designed for those who seek a satisfying Japanese cuisine experience.
