Basic Balance & Well-being (3 nights)
Our introductory well-being programme seeks to help you to be in balance again and to get away from life’s hectic schedule. The aim is the need for better sleep quality, or simply to indulge in true relaxation with a cleaner diet, massage and yoga or Qigong. A consultation with our resident specialist is where it all begins. Special meal plans are provided for your entire stay.
Weight Management (5/7 nights)
This programme seeks to improve your relationship with food and the holistic approach utilises the principals of traditional oriental medicine to help calm the appetite. Participation in Soori’s daily schedule of activities ensures that your exercise levels are kept consistent. Daily massage and steam treatments fur ther assist in increasing circulation and metabolism, allowing you to become more mindful of your mental and physical wellbeing. Special meal plans and recipes are provided for your entire stay.
Oriental Medicine (5/7 nights)
Based on the classical systems of health and longevity, our resident specialist will create a comprehensive healing itinerary which includes Acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutritional therapy, osteopathic and Qigong. This programme is designed to be all encompassing and results driven. Par ticipation in Soori’s daily schedule of activities enhances the healing effects along with massage therapy from Soori’s team of therapists.
Total Rebalancing (5/7 nights)
Suitable for those seeking to improve their overall sense of wellness, enjoy the wonderful peace and quiet of Soori and provide your body and mind exactly what it needs. After an initial consultation with our resident specialist, your itinerary will be created. This free-and-easy programme offers daily massages and body treatments that pamper and heal. A daily meal plan will be designed for your stay along with participation in Soori’s daily schedule of activities.
Stress Reduction (5/7 nights)
The cumulative effects of daily living can lead to chronic fatigue and excessive stress levels. This programme seeks to rebalance and reduce overall stress via the application of oriental medicine techniques (Acupuncture, Cupping, Herbal Medication and tea drinking). The goal is to restore your innate ability to regenerate so that your body can per form optimally again. Principals of mindfulness via the daily practice of qigong, yoga and meditation will enhance the overall experience. Daily meal plans will be created along with participation in Soori’s daily schedule of activities including rice field trekking and daily beach walks.
