Dior’s First Wellness Retreat Offers Workouts, Nutrition Workshops And Plenty Of Spa Time
The four-day experience blends customised treatments with individualised Pilates classes and coaching on nutrition and mindfulness.
Dior is renowned for its cutting-edge skin care products and inspiring fragrances. But this year, the company wants to dig a little deeper.
In April, the Maison will host its first wellness retreat at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, the illustrious writers’ getaway turned luxury resort in Cap d’Antibes, France. The retreat will offer four days of programming designed to address how you look and how you feel—all of it guided by experts at the top of their fields.
From 19 to 22 April 2025, a limited group of just eight guests will check in for a highly personalised regimen of pilates, nutrition coaching, and signature treatments at the Dior Spa. The Pilates classes, both one-on-one and in group settings, will be taught by Bryony Deery, the movement expert whose app—Pilates by Bryony—has helped countless people start learning the exercise modality. Nutritionist and functional medicine expert Rose Ferguson will be on hand for individual consultations for your relationship with food, mindfulness, and inner well-being. Along with the four spa treatments each attendee will enjoy—which range from facials to full-body scrubs and massages—the goal is that you leave feeling refreshed and empowered.
“For Dior, beauty and wellness form an inseparable whole achieved through physical, psychological and emotional harmony,” the brand says in a statement. “Over the course of this journey, energies are rebalanced through calm breathing, and the senses flourish as they are revealed. Body and mind reconnect with the fundamentals.”
Of course, there are worse places to cure what ails you. The Hotel du Cap Eden Roc, ensconced on an idyllic slice of the French Riviera, is a uniquely soothing place to stay—and has been home to a Dior Spa since 2023. Packaged with the very personalised attention, and the barrier to entry is almost understandable. The program only has space for eight guests.
