Maison Francis Kurkdjian Unveils The Oud Collection
The collection features a line of fragrances that each reveals a different face of the multifaceted, endlessly versatile wood. The Oud Extrait de Parfum features smoky facets, reminiscent of incense, and notes of saffron and elemi, which add golden accents to the composition and highlight its naturally spicy inflections. The Oud silk mood Extrait de Parfum revisits the distinctive elegance of classic chypre fragrances through the lens of oud wood. Last but not least, the Oud satin mood introduces oud wood to the warm, sensual world of amber fragrances, and notes of vanilla, benzoin, geranium, and cinnamon lend to a sultry sillage.
The Oud collection of fragrances is available in 70ml bottles at RM1,940, and as Eau de Parfums in 35ml (RM840), and 70ml (RM1,360) bottles at Maison Francis Kurkdjian boutiques in Pavilion KL and Suria KLCC, and online here.
Montblanc Presents Its Spring/Summer 2026 Leather Collection

For Spring/Summer 2026, the house advances its leather novelties with softer finishes, lightweight technical fabrics and travel-focused silhouettes, all underscored by references to writing culture. A warm palette of khaki, fauve, noisette and caramel is lifted by saffron, tangerine and almond green accents. Highlights include the Panorama Weekender and travel accessories in technical fabric, the 4810 pattern reimagined in printed blue denim, and the debut of suede across the Envelope line, where folded constructions and nib-shaped details pay homage to the maison’s fountain pen heritage.
Under Artistic Director Marco Tomasetta, functionality meets refinement in pieces such as the Clutch Notebook Holder, Companion Rectangular Backpack and Companion Briefcase, designed for seamless transitions between backpack, briefcase and messenger formats. The season also refreshes the On-Body Bag and elevates classic shapes in suede, while the navy #MY4810 Trolley rounds out a cohesive travel universe.
The second wave of the Montblanc Spring/Summer 2026 Leather Collection will be available from March and April 2026 at Montblanc boutiques worldwide and online.
Piaget Introduces Two New Interpretations Of The Limelight Gala

The maison turns to precious gold again to create two new stunning timepieces, the first an extravagant rendition with a vibrant orange enamel dial surrounded by sunset-coloured spessartite garnets and diamonds. A highly specialised and recherché technique first introduced in 2019 on the Extremely Lady watch is employed for the piece to create gold engraved to replicate snakeskin, which catches the light as with movements of the wrist. The second is imbued with understated glamour, with cognac diamonds adorning the rose gold bracelet and dial. Here, Piaget’s signature Décor Palace engraving is exhibited on the bracelet and dial, engraved by hand to create a rich, textile-like surface so that no two pieces are alike. Both models share 32mm diameters, a 10mm profile, and are powered by Piaget’s slim in-house automatic calibre 501P1 with 40 hours of power reserve.
Chaumet Presents Envol, Its New High Jewellery Collection

In 1910, American sculptor and prominent social figure Gertrude Vanderbilt Whitney first purchased a Chaumet tiara featuring a pair of wings made from blue translucent enamel and embellished with thousands of diamonds. More than a century later, this spectacular piece acts as a fount of inspiration for the maison’s latest haute joaillerie collection comprising nine mesmerising creations, including a tiara, a necklace, a watch, earrings, a ring, and brooches. The most spectacular of these is the aigrette tiara, which could be imagined on Swan Lake’s fictional princess, Odette, with a 3.92-carat, pear-shaped Madagascar sapphire at its nucleus. The result of 850 hours of work by artisans, its grand feu enamel wings glitter with brilliant-cut pavé diamonds and are capable of being worn in four different ways including as a mask.

Elizabeth Arthotel Celebrates International Women’s Day With An Art Exhibition And Rooftop Sculpture

Launching on International Women’s Day, Women in Frame (8 to 22 March) is a tribute to women whose vision reshape both canvas and conversation. Featuring Francesca Martí, Susana Anaya, Patricia Reinhart, Annette Goessel and Dhira Barein, the exhibition brings together distinctive contemporary voices, inviting reflection on the enduring influence and presence of women in art. A highlight of the showcase is a new rooftop sculptural commission, Sissy, by the Austrian sister duo Mercedes & Franziska Welte / NONOS. This significant work honours the hotel’s founder Elisabeth, affectionately titled after her nickname—which in itself is a reference to Empress Elisabeth of Austria. Sissy places female presence directly within the Alpine landscape, connecting memory, place and contemporary expression, while reinforcing the dialogue between female artistic vision and generational legacy.
