Roberto Coin Debuts The Tiaré Collection
The Tiaré flower, with snow-white petals arranged in the form of a star, serves as both an emblem of Tahiti and a pillar of Polynesian traditions. Both Tahitian men and women wear it as a daily adornment behind their ear, and it’s also used as a lei around one’s neck. In mythology, the Tiaré was reserved for royalty and nobility, and it is this rich history that inspired Roberto Coin to dedicate an entire collection to the flower. Imbued with femininity, the flower’s pure hues are recreated using mother-of-pearl in cabochon shapes and alternated with diamond rubellites. An outstanding piece is the Tiaré Necklace crafted from 18K rose gold with 46.88 CT of mother of pearl, 10.13 CT of rubellite, and 4.16 CT of round brilliant diamonds—like an opulent lei. Other pieces in the collection include pendants, rings, and earrings.
Louis Vuitton Unveils The Third Timepiece In Its New Pocket Watches Collection

The Louis Vuitton Escale au Mont Fuji Pocket Watch is the third creation in the Escale Autour du Monde pocket watch series, following the Louis Vuitton Escale en Amazonie Pocket Watch and Louis Vuitton Escale au Pont-Neuf Pocket Watch. Conceived as an ode to Japan and the rising sun over Mount Fuji, it represents the pinnacle of craftsmanship from La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton. The timepiece houses the maison’s most complicated movement to date—a minute repeater paired with a tourbillon—comprising 561 components and requiring around 500 hours of assembly, alongside an automaton with four animations.
The dial showcases remarkable métiers d’art, including Grand Feu enamel techniques such as champlevé, paillonné, and miniature enamel in 33 colours, fired 40 times for depth and brilliance. Hand engraving across every moving element of the dial totals around 160 hours of work, while 60 baguette-cut coloured sapphires frame the scene. The watch is presented with a bespoke trunk crafted at Louis Vuitton Asnières Workshop as well as a doctor-style travel bag inspired by a 1906 archival design.

Balenciaga Debuts Its Winter 26 Collections

Titled Clairobscur, the collection draws inspiration from the High Renaissance artistic technique of chiaroscuro—the interplay between light and darkness. Through this concept, creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli explores contrast as a metaphor for the human condition, using clothing to create portrait-like expressions of individuality. Design elements such as ombré effects, embroidery, sculptural bags, and fluid drapery capture fleeting moments of light and shadow, translating painterly ideas into fabric and form.
The collection also expands on the house codes of Cristóbal Balenciaga, emphasising the human body as the structural core of garments. Collars, hoods, and cuts frame the face and reveal the body, while cocoon-like silhouettes and weightless constructions create architectural volume. Materials—including leather, cashmere, silk, and sequins—are selected for their ability to absorb or reflect light, enhancing the theme of contrast. Overall, the collection presents modern, expressive wardrobes that celebrate individuality while uniting different generations in a shared visual narrative.

The Chapman’s Challenge Returns To Pangkor Laut Resort

In 1945, British WWII hero Freddy Spencer Chapman fled from the Japanese forces on Pulau Pangkor—an escape which inspired the Chapman’s Challenge. Now in its eighth edition, Malaysia’s most distinctive island endurance race returns to Pangkor Laut Resort on 22 to 24 May 2026. Chapman’s journey will be recreated with a 3.8 km road run around the island, a 2.4 km trek through a primordial two-million-year-old rainforest, and a 1 km open-water swim in the historic waters of Emerald Bay, finishing at the iconic Chapman’s Bar. This year, Huawei joins as the official timekeeper, with more than RM10,000 in prizes awaiting gold medallists in both the Men’s and Women’s individual categories, including the Watch GT 6, the Mate X7, and the FreeClip 2. Other official sponsors include Motherchuckers, Aquafitness, Kintry, PurelyB, Supernatural⁺, and Vida.

Sutra Foundation Presents Radhe! Radhe! 2.0
Radhe! Radhe! is an Odissi dance production centred on Radha, the devoted beloved of Krishna, exploring their mystic-erotic love through the full spectrum of rasa—from longing and jealousy to reconciliation and spiritual surrender. Following its world premiere in Kuala Lumpur in October 2025, the production returns in 2026 as Radhe! Radhe! 2.0. Set to arrive in Malaysia as a seven-city Malaysian tour from April to June 2026, the production marks a continued Malaysia–India collaboration between Sutra’s Datuk Ramli Ibrahim and Guru Gajendra Panda of Tridhara, drawing inspiration from the folk traditions of South Odisha and the visual language of Pattachitra art. It extends Sutra’s ongoing exploration of Ganjam’s rich cultural heritage while enriching the contemporary Odissi repertoire.
The first stop of the Malaysian tour is set to run at the Shantanand Auditorium in the Temple of Fine Arts, Kuala Lumpur, on 10-12 April 2026.

Harta Presents Hikayat, An Autobiographical Exhibition By Noor Aishah Abdul Rahman
Described by the artist as “a performance of voices and stories”, Hikayat translates memory and history through perception of the eyes, voices from the heart, and graceful movements of hands that dance with clusters of colours and elements of nature. The works openly represent the unspoken voices within, revealing laughter and joy alongside hope, fear, anxiety, wounds, and quiet resilience of a soul compelled to stand firm. Hikayat by Noura AR is on view at Harta every Tuesday to Sunday until 31 March 2026.
In view of the exhibition, the gallery also presents the Pot Lux workshop with the artist. Set to run on 14 March 2026, the workshop introduces a form of functional art that combines terracotta pots with elegant and exclusive hand-painted details. Each piece is adorned with beautiful floral motifs and produced in limited editions.
