This A.I.-powered ‘conference assistant’ will then proceed to offer instant information to the event agenda, speaker biographies, venue details and much more—all in double-quick time and with optimal accuracy.
At Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur’s recent ‘Age of Intelligent Events’ unveiling, the event ushered in a slew of A.I.-powered enhancements, marking a first for Malaysian hospitality in the adoption of A.I. at events. These A.I. enhancements are intended to value-add guest journeys by removing logistical challenges—especially in the case of large-scale and multi-lingual events.

Among the many cool innovations which may be integrated into your next event is a guided immersion with a 360-degree virtual showcase with an A.I. avatar. This experience pairs virtual reality headsets and storytelling to take guests through a fully constructed digital landscape.

The arrival experience for events at Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is also considerably enhanced, from the multi-lingual hologram emcee loaded with event information, to post-event A.I. summaries for immediate clarity and actionable efficiency. A.I.-enabled glasses even offer real-time translation into each wearer’s field of vision.

For weddings, corporate functions and dinners, the A.I. live feed and instant reels offer slick video productions within minutes. It utilises multi-camera tracking and a savvy selection of best angles to create highlight reels quickly following the event’s close. Another fun addition is animatronic pandas, which interact in a myriad ways; from joyful prancing towards the guest, to occasional jumps in glee.
