The personal touch
Eiling Lim is the first independent bottler of scotch whisky in Malaysia, a milestone notched in 2014. Her family name, Lim, is the Mandarin character for woods or forest; when split into two the resulting character is that of wood – the most important element of an exemplary whisky cask.
