Dajin Beverages has partnered with Mr Chew’s Chino Latino Bar to give you reason to stay in downtown KL every Thursday evening. Available every week, enjoy a free flow of premium sake paired with bite-sized treats (RM68++), such as nori tacos and rice noodle spring rolls, from 6pm to 8pm.
Suigei (drunken whale) hails from a young distillery (1993) in Kochi prefecture and is designed to complement various world cuisines. In other words, Suigei’s wines have a balanced acidity and a subtle aroma to ensure easy pairing.
The second distillery, Tsukinoi Shuzo, boasts a longer lineage, established in 1865 in the town of Oorai in Ibaraki prefecture. Known as a famous fishing village, sake from Tsukinoi Shuzo is dry and clean with a refreshing finish. As such, dishes like tempura and grilled white fish will bring out the most of this sake.
