Celebrating 100 years of Bentley
With a shared devotion for luxury and elegance, the Graf von Faber-Castell has recently launched a limited series of writing instruments for Bentley’s 100th anniversary. When Walter Owen Bentley set out “to build a fast car, a good car, the best of its class” in the early 1900’s, he would not have known the inspirational timelessness of his ethos. Faber-Castell, a company with over 250 years of history, pays homage to his legacy with a fountain, rollerball and ballpoint pen from the ‘Limited Edition Centenary’ range.
Not only has all metal parts – including the barrel and nib – been treated to an anthracite-coloured PVD coating made of titanium, but Bentley signatures abound. Consider the diamond quilt pattern, classical knurling and the Bentley ‘B’ at the top of the cap, which incidentally has been adorned by a golden anniversary ring. The clean and modern design as well as the outstanding craftsmanship also reflect the common characteristics of both luxury brands.
Limited Edition Centenary pens is available at Graf von Faber-Castell stores in Suria KLCC, Mid Valley Megamall, Sunway Pyramid and specialist shop, Czip Lee Bangsar. Retail prices begin from RM2,688 to RM3,288.
