TRX City just added a whole new portfolio to their brand, and this time it’s not another mall or a hotel (yet), but a freehold residential building. Joining forces with Lendlease, they launched the TRX Residence on 14 May, boasting an exclusive postcode of 55188, and was officiated by YB Nga Kor Ming, Minister of Housing and Local Government of Malaysia.
Overlooking the Titiwangsa Mountains chain, TRX Residence is also nestled right in the middle of the TRX City precinct, Malaysia’s new international business and financial district. “The completion of TRX Residences marks a new era of world-class standard of urban living in Kuala Lumpur. This project is a significant addition to our urban landscape, representing our vision of building sustainable and progressive communities,” YB Nga said. TRX City managed to secure the strata title more than two months ahead of the Certificate of Completion and Compliance. “This is very impressive and proves that our system is practical and that buyers’ rights are well protected,” YB Nga added.
The high rise is also connected to the luxurious The Exchange TRX mall via a link bridge and, in future, a hotel of the same brand. However, the spotlight goes to the world-class facilities in the building, spread across 90,000 sq ft and three floors.
Starting at level 8, you’ll find the infinity swimming pool that has a view of Kuala Lumpur’s skyscrapers and The Exchange TRX mall. On this level, you’ll also find the gym, BBQ area, herb garden, and a private living room where you can host a large number of guests.
