Among the best-known faces are Tiger Woods and Coco Gauff. Woods, now in the later stage of his career, reflects on longevity, injury, and the mindset needed to stay competitive through major setbacks. Gauff, a rising athlete who’s cementing herself on the world stage, talks about pressure, staying grounded, and the importance of learning to manage a career that started early and moved fast.

Besides top athletes, the series also highlights compelling profiles like Cristina Mittermeier, a marine biologist and photographer whose work focuses on ocean conservation. While the athletes focus on performance and discipline, Mittermeier talks about photography as a tool for environmental change.
