Japanese luxury beauty brand Clé de Peau Beauté’s recently launched new Spring/Summer 2024 Eye Contour Cream Supreme is a highly concentrated and comprehensive formula that aims to re-sculpt and rejuvenate the eye area. Since its inception in 1982, the brand has set out to explore new horizons in advanced skin cell science by leveraging cutting-edge Japanese technology and premium ingredients. With a diverse range of skincare, colour and complexion products, each formulation is meticulously concocted to enrich our skin’s natural radiance and texture.
The new Eye Contour Cream Supreme spotlights the brand’s Future-Sculpt technology, a radical approach designed to combat signs of ageing before they manifest. Developed after a decade of in-depth analysis of the skin’s ageing process, a team of researchers evaluated hundreds of potential ingredients before deciding upon the use of golden-flowering plants due to their vitality and durability. These carefully selected plants are combined to form a next-generation complex known as golden botanical extracts, which offers a youthful visage while strengthening its defence against visible ageing.
This enhanced eye cream now features potent Lempuyang extract that is five times higher than previous formulas. Sourced from the nutrient-rich rootstock of Indonesia’s ginger plant, this extract is prized for its revitalising and nourishing qualities, key to achieving a bright appearance around the delicate eye area. The inclusion of citrus unshiu peel provides an extra boost to illuminate the under-eye area.
To maximise results, the product comes with a platinum eye massager along with an exclusive massage regimen. This integrated four-step method tackles various concerns concurrently, including dark circles, wrinkles, under-eye bags, and upper-eyelid laxity. Backed by clinical trials, the eye cream has been proven to maintain skin hydration around the eyes for a full 24 hours. Within two weeks, dark circle diminishes and, after eight weeks, noticeable improvements include a reduction in eye bags, decrease of wrinkles, and an enhanced firmness.
During the launch event at BarKar KL, a presentation was conducted by the brand’s in-house trainer with an overview of the benefits and attributes of this renewed Eye Contour Cream Supreme. The product showcase was then accompanied by a promotional video starring Clé de Peau Beauté’s newest brand ambassador for the Asian region, Korean actress Shin Min-A. “Shin Min-A perfectly exemplifies today’s empowered and confident women, and this partnership is a testament to the brand’s commitment to celebrating the diverse facets of beauty,” says Nancy Thong, regional brand director of Clé de Peau Beauté, Shiseido Asia Pacific. The event continued with a four-course dinner at BarKar KL’s intimate dining area, with signatures dishes like Sabah tiger prawn bisque, beef short rib with Sarawak heirloom rice, and teh tarik ice cream.
The Eye Contour Cream Supreme is now retailing at RM1,150. To learn more, visit Clé de Peau Beauté stores in Kuala Lumpur or their official Malaysia online store.
