The breathtaking Bluegame BGM75 is a masterpiece featuring a curved, streamlined design, a flush deck, and minimal visible hardware for an ultra-clean aesthetic. This latest luxury motor yacht, introduced to the Asia-Pacific market by Simpson Marine—Asia-Pacific’s leading yacht dealership —is one that nautical enthusiasts want to feast their eyes on and add to their fleet.

At first glance, one would assume that the 75ft, cutting-edge creation would be a monohull—but it breaks new ground (or, rather, new waters) by being the first model in the new BGM range with which Bluegame enters the multihull segment. The first-ever multihull built by Bluegame and Sanlorenzo, it merges the former’s innovative design approach with the latter’s luxury craftsmanship and shipbuilding expertise. To bring the BGM75 to life, Philippe Briand—a world-renowned expert in the design of high-performance hulls, with numerous projects of America’s Cup vessels under his belt—invested more than eight months into creating a full-scale prototype of the hull and subjected it to prolonged testing.
The BGM75 has not one hull, but two, and its length-to-width ratio (with a length of 74ft 4in and width of 26ft 7in) makes it stand out from other catamarans on the market. As a boat with two hulls, its seamless lower deck and a full beam owner’s cabin is an unprecedented feature. Its multihull design further sets it apart, resulting in increased stability, large volumes, and reduced fuel consumption.
What Lies Within
A yacht’s interior defines the onboard experience, like the main saloon seen above, and the BGM75 is a floating sanctuary on the seas. With an interior space equivalent to a 120ft monohull yacht, it was designed to accommodate up to 16 passengers. Displaying a signature of Sanlorenzo, its interior is highly customisable, which can include a galley-up or galley-down configuration, with the ability to accommodate either three or four cabins.
Refined touches of Italian craftsmanship can be seen throughout its magnificent interiors, which features a minimalist yet warm design of premium wood finishes such as teak and bespoke furniture like in the master suite (pictured above). Its luxurious full-beam accommodations include a master suite with a king-sized bed and walk-in wardrobe. Unlike traditional catamarans with longitudinal beds in the guest cabins, the BGM75 maintains independent waterlines, preserving optimal hydrodynamics while enhancing cabin space. In the four-cabin layout, there are also separate crew quarters for privacy, which includes a lounge area with monitoring systems—a more generous space than usual.
Additionally, its sun deck has custom-designed sunbeds, perfect for sunbathing on the crystal-clear waters of Pulau Redang. Its folding side terraces expand the deck space, which includes a dining area with a wet bar, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience and is perfect for throwing glamorous parties on board.
Built For Power, Sustainably

The primary helm is on the flybridge, with a secondary station inside. Its helm station features Bluegame’s signature tilted windshield for enhanced visibility, a design carried over from the brand’s first boats in 2004. It is also equipped with Garmin’s most recent top-down camera technology, which greatly assists with navigation by providing a comprehensive view for docking and maneuvering. Its expansive flybridge also features floating furniture that ensures the layout can be shifted around to maximise panoramic views.
The BGM75 was built to glide effortlessly across the water, reaching a top speed of 22 knots with a smooth cruising pace of 20 knots. Built by optimising twin Volvo IPS engines, with 550bhp and 600bhp options, its system requires 50 per cent less power than mono hull vessels of the same volume and eliminates the need for a stern thruster. The choice to use carbon for the hull, as well as lightweight materials for all non-structural parts and furnishing components, has also contributed to a significant reduction in fuel consumption. To make an even more sustainable choice, 56 solar panels can also be installed on the deckhouse to produce 5kW of green energy.

The Bluegame BGM75 is truly a game changer, an exemplary display of how cutting-edge technology can be merged with luxury in the yachting world.
