Benetti Reveals Details Of Its Breathtaking 85M Giga Yacht

Italian yacht company Benetti has unveiled details of the company’s largest-ever engineering-platform-based yacht, Project Life, which is scheduled for launch in 2030. This allows owners the freedom to focus on personalisation, with the assurance that the underlying engineering is already top tier. It combines the expertise of renowned architect Espen Øino for its exterior and layout, celebrated interior designer François Zuretti for its refined interiors, and brokerage house Burgess for its technical, operational, and service-related aspects. The result will be an 85-meter steel giga yacht, which will feature state-of-the-art technology and futuristic yet tasteful interiors that feels straight out of a sci-fi film.

Amongst its stunning features is the 270 sq m Beach Area with fold-down sides, a swim platform, and a glass-bottom for a seamless sea connection as well as unforgettable parties. The yacht employs a cutting-edge diesel-electric propulsion system with pod drives, and can be powered using HVO fuel or solar energy. Its advanced, direct expansion HVAC system also reduces energy consumption by up to 60 per cent to minimise environmental impact.

The Aston Martin Vanquish Volante Is The World’s Fastest, Most Powerful Front-Engine Convertible

To the surprise of absolutely nobody, the Aston Martin Vanquish looks terrific as a convertible. The Aston Martin Vanquish Volante has arrived, and with the top down it emphasises the Vanquish’s sculpted, powerful shoulder-line, which somehow makes it look even sleeker and more athletic than before. The roof is a lightweight soft-top, with some engineering cleverness to give it a comparable level of thermal insulation to a coupe. It opens and closes in 14 and 16 seconds, respectively, at speeds of up to 50km/h. It is still the most powerful front-engine production car in the world, of course, hosting a twin-turbo 5.2-litre V12 capable of 824bhp. This sends the Vanquish Volante from 0-100km/h in only 3.4 seconds—only 0.1 seconds slower than the Vanquish Coupe—and to a top speed of 344km/h.
