Credor Celebrates The Artistry Of Imari Nabeshima Porcelain With A New Goldfeather Timepiece

Since its founding in 1974, Credor has stood for refined elegance and exceptional craftsmanship, as its name is derived from the French crête d’or, or “crest of gold.” The Goldfeather—originally launched in 1960 and reintroduced in 2023—embodies this philosophy as an ultra-thin dress watch defined by lightness, grace, and restraint. Guided by the brand ethos, “The Creativity of Artisans”, each Credor timepiece reflects the meticulous skill, experimentation, and dedication of master craftsmen working at the highest level of Japanese watchmaking.
The latest Goldfeather celebrates traditional Imari Nabeshima porcelain through a dial created in collaboration with Hataman Touen, a storied kiln from Okawachiyama (in Saga prefecture) that was once known as the ‘village of secret kilns’. Layered cobalt-blue feather motifs and gradation are applied across multiple firings to achieve depth and nuance, before the porcelain is ground to an ultra-thin profile that preserves its curvature and integrity. Powered by the 1.98mm Caliber 6890, and produced in a limited edition of 60 pieces, the new Goldfeather is a precise union of horological mastery and centuries-old Japanese ceramic art. It is available from February 2026.
Montblanc Unveils Its Spring/Summer 2026 Leather Collections
Under the direction of Montblanc artistic director Marco Tomasetta, the Spring/Summer 2026 leather collection reimagines the art of writing as a daily style statement. Earthy hues—khaki, velvet green, and fauve—are enlivened by tangerine and saffron accents, reflecting the maison’s cinematic visual language where heritage, storytelling, and meticulous design converge. Clever new silhouettes blur the line between function and elegance, from pen holders to document clutches, reinforcing Montblanc’s dual legacy of writing and travel. Highlights include notebook-inspired leather holders, a versatile Pen Loop Necklace, and belt-wrapped crossbody bags, alongside refreshed signature pieces such as the Writing Traveler, Weekender, and #MY4810 Cabin Trolley in sfumato finishes. The collection also extends to desk accessories crafted in fauve corteccia leather, elevating the workspace into an expression of personal style.
Christian Louboutin’s Latest Collection Is A Love Letter To The Performing Arts

When one thinks of shiny, red-lacquered soles, Christian Louboutin immediately comes to mind. Its Spring/Summer 2026 Collection takes a bow to the world of performing arts for both menswear and womenswear. Featured in this new collection are the block-toed pointe Cassia shoe, now reimagined for menswear as lace-ups; the all-new men’s sneaker So Flo Uomo; the Venus bag in diamond-shaped calf leather; Aqua, a brand-new series of platform boots and cross-strap pumps; alongside an array of sartorial shoes and leather goods.
Le Labo Introduces The New Violette 30

A new fragrance joins the brand’s Classic Collection, led by the elegance of the shadow-seeking white violet. Paired with the notes of green florals, white tea, cedarwood, and a touch of guaiacwood, the Violette 30 carries the same burning passion and wide-eyed innocence as the flower’s essence. This genderless fragrance will officially launch on 2 February, and is available in five sizes: 1.5ml, 15ml, 50ml, 100ml, and 500ml.
Bruichladdich Distillery Unveils The Octomore Series 16

The Scottish distillery’s latest annual release continues to challenge conventions in peated whisky. Comprising three expressions, the series explores extreme peating levels, experimental cask maturation, and ultra-high provenance, including a single-estate bottling from barley grown on Octomore Farm, Islay. Known as the ‘Impossible Equation’, Octomore defies expectations with its combination of youth, near cask-strength ABV, and sky-high phenols, delivering a distinctive dry, campfire smoke rather than Islay’s traditional medicinal profile. Series 16 includes Octomore 16.1, a five-year-old expression matured in first-fill bourbon barrels that balances intense peat with surprising elegance; 16.2, which builds on the same distillate but introduces a complex cask journey through Oloroso, Bordeaux, Madeira, and Moscatel; and 16.3, a single farm, single field, single vintage whisky made exclusively from Islay-grown barley, showcasing a profound sense of place. All three are distilled, matured, and bottled on Islay, un-chill filtered, and natural in colour.

The Chapman’s Challenge Returns To Pangkor Laut
Set on a private island framed by emerald seas and ancient rainforest, one of Malaysia’s most distinctive endurance races is set to run from 22 to 24 May 2026. Now in its eighth edition, the Chapman’s Challenge remains anchored in its iconic course—combining a road run, jungle trek, and open-water swim across Emerald Bay—while drawing inspiration from the wartime exploits of Freddy Spencer Chapman, whose legendary journey was chronicled in The Jungle Is Neutral. For the first time, the 2026 edition expands beyond its traditional solo format to introduce new ways to participate, broadening access while preserving the event’s core spirit. Alongside the original race, participants can now compete through a Junior Edition, a Relay Edition, or take part as supporters via the Enthusiast Package, transforming the challenge into a shared island weekend for athletes, families, and friends alike. With post-race celebrations, curated accommodation packages, and the promise of enduring recognition for record-breaking performances, The Chapman’s Challenge 2026 positions itself as an endurance event defined by place, legacy, and collective experience.
