Nestled in a clearing in the forest of Janda Baik, just an hour drive away from Kuala Lumpur, is A Little Farm On The Hill. From a few beds of vegetables, the farm has now turned into a full, rambling producer of organic herbs, fruits and vegetables. Most are supplied to restaurants in the city, but much is kept for meals that the farm cooks itself.
Supplemented with smoked meats, homemade jam, fresh fish and honey from the bees that frequent the farm, A Little Farm On The Hill’s cooking is rustic yet sophisticated. Drawing on the flavours of world cuisine and anchored by its own produce, a meal at the farm is a meal to remember.
Two rooms are available for booking: the delightful Dining Room (maximum seating capacity: 20) and the expansive Farmhouse (maximum seating capacity: 60).
