The largest global rice producer in Japan, Niigata City, is bringing its cuisine to Tong Le Private Dining in Singapore. From 27 October until 11 November, you’ll get to enjoy a specially curated menu by the restaurant’s chef, Ken Ling.
The six-course menu includes unique ingredients such as Sazae, a horned turban sea snail, Koshihikari rice, sea bream and persimmon.
Lunch is served from 11.30am until 3pm, while dinner starts at 6pm and ends at 11pm.
