The nine-course Chinese New Year Set Menu consists of delectable offerings such as Braised Superior Soup with Dried Scallops, Seafood and Crab Meat, Hong Kong-style Roasted Crispy Sesame Chicken, Steamed Sea Grouper in Soy Sauce topped with Crispy Dried Radish and Garlic, Wok-fried Prawns with Chef’s Signature Sauce and Crispy Noodles, Braised Dried Scallops, Pacific Clams and Mushrooms in Superior Oyster Sauce and Crispy Chinese New Year Ball Cake.
