From 11th to 13th May 2018, the 7-course omakase menu features delectable dishes that brings to life the distinct Peruvian influences within Nobu’s globally renowned new-style Japanese dishes.
Treat mom with the rich Pan Seared Foie Gras & Unagi, the hearty Tamari Glazed Wagyu and of course a sweet note to end the night – the Carrot Nutty Cheese Cake.
The Mother’s Day Omakase menu comprises:
- Soya Milk Pudding with Tomato Sauce & Truffle
- Sekihan (Red Bean Rice) with Scallop
- Eryngi Mushroom Salad with Smoked Salmon & Dry Miso
- Pan Seared Foie Gras & Unagi with Braised Daikon & Monk Fruit Blueberry Sauce
- Tamari Glazed Grilled Wagyu with Miso Pudding & Pumpkin Garlic Puree
- Inaniwa Soba with Clear Soup
- Carrot Nutty Cheese Cake with Apple Yuzu Sorbet
The Nobu Mother’s Day Omakase dinner menu is priced at RM500++ per person and will only be available from 11th May–13th May 2018.
