Shorter touch therapies include a mix of traditional massages, such as the Malay Silat Stretch and the award-winning Dusan Inan Body Therapy. The latter incorporates deep tissue massage techniques honed by the Lotud Dusuns, a local tribe from North Borneo whose women developed the skills and techniques used to help ease the aches of everyday labour.
