“All Penfolds winemakers employ a personal responsibility and great pride in the wines they make. As a team the group is committed to making wines that are complex, with a definitive and distinctive Penfolds character,” said Peter Gago, Penfolds’ chief winemaker. “Each displays an individual style, a style that is the result of years skilful blending and access to the best possible fruit, oak and time”.
Built to appreciate with time, all the wines in the collection will continue to develop and improve for years after their release. When you decide to open the bottle will depend on whether you prefer your wine with some youthful zest or with the complexities that come with a fully matured bottle age.
