Chef Pere Planaguma takes over The Brasserie at St. Regis KL

This January 19th – 21st, 2018, The Brasserie at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur is handing its kitchen over to Spanish 2-Star–Michelin Chef, Pere Planaguma for one exclusive weekend. Having worked with the legendary Chef, Ferran Adria of El Bulli and arguably the most well regarded culinary trio in history, the Roca Brothers of El Celler de Can Roca, Chef Pere’s cuisine is rooted in the elements of the landscape that surrounds him. For The Brasserie takeover, Chef Pere will take inspiration from the St. Regis KL’s three specially commissioned works of art – Mark Evans’s leather mural Grace Thunders, Fernando Botero’s monumental sculpture, Horse and Barnaby Hoskings’s three-dimensional Birds and Butterflies. It promises to be an experience that will spark your wildest imagination.
