The Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Dinner at RMB588++ per person includes Chickpea and Truffle, Roasted Scallop and Tomato Soup and Seared Foie Gras. For the main course, guests may choose from a variety of selections such as the Grilled Halibut with Barbeque Pomegranate Puree among other delicacies and round up the dinner with a Raspberry Chocolate Yule Log Cake with Vanilla Orange Mascarpone Cream.
