After relaunching in September 2016 with a new look, Bostonian Seafood and Grill at The Langham, Hong Kong is debuting a new menu this month that puts emphasis on sustainability. Nestled underground in the hotel, the restaurant’s new shipyard-themed space that incorporates ship wood of all colours and sizes, handcrafted copper and rustic metal profiles, cement sand wall finishes and herringbone oak timber floor boards is now a scene for protecting the oceans.
The new menu features dishes that have been certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) or Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) and deemed ocean-friendly by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF). Meaning that you can be sure that every bite of Golden Seafood Pot Pie or Black Cod Fish comes from sustainably-caught sources, ensuring the survival of the species. Of course, there’s more than just seafood on offer. The Bostonian’s reputation for delicious meats continues, with a beautiful beef tartare and steaks grilled your way. Surf? Turf? Why not both?
