Ayam Buah Beluak, Peranakan food: The Clifford Pier at Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore

Are Ayam Buah Keluak, Gulai Kambing and Nonya Chap Chye calling out to you? You can now have them all at The Fullerton Bay Hotel. The hotel has invited chef Philip Chia, a fourth-gen Chinese Peranakan and notable culinary figure in Peranakan cuisine, to take over The Clifford Pier’s kitchen from today until 13 April.

Apart from the above, you’ll enjoy other household favourites such as Udang Udang Masak Pedas Nanas and Itek Sio. While an ala carte menu (from $16) is available, we recommend going for the set menus to enjoy a range of chef Chia’s signatures.

Choose from two set lunch menus — two courses for S$35++ per person, three courses for $39++ per person — and a single four-course dinner menu ($68++ per person). Heritage dinner buffets are also available on the weekends, at $68++ per person.
