Japanese restaurant Zuma sets up a pop-up restaurant at the Anantara Layan Phuket, which will prove to be a highlight of the resort from December 15, 2016 until mid February, 2017. Open to both resort guests and outside diners, it’s a rare chance to indulge in the finest of Japanese cuisine with a fabulous beachfront view.
A top-of-the-line Japanese robata grill is currently winging its way to the resort to prepare many of the superb dishes from spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chili & sweet soy to miso marinated black cod wrapped in hoba leaf and sliced yellowtail with chili relish, ponzu & pickled garlic.
