In the verdant green expanse of the Tropicana Golf Country & Resort, the Maserati Owners Club Malaysia recently orchestrated its annual golf tournament, held in partnership with Naza Italia, UOB Privilege Banking, and McMillan Woods. As the morning sun cast its warm glow over the golf course, a convergence of Maserati enthusiasts and avid golfers marked the beginning of an exhilarating day in a fun-filled golf competition. The sun-drenched day witnessed not only top-class golfers but also underscored a commitment to various charitable courses.
Participants also had the chance to experience the Maserati Grecale through a bespoke test drive session. The purr of the four-cylinder mild hybrid petrol engine and its streamlined design actively maintained an atmosphere of high spirits throughout the day. The tournament sprang into action as golfers registered to collect their scorecards, each contributing RM850. The game unfolded in a dynamic format of System 36 Stableford, ensuring a perfect blend of competition and enjoyment for all participants. Men golfers teed off from the blue, while the red tees awaited the ladies. Throughout the day, the smooth notes of Legend Premium Lager, the rich blend of Timah double-peated blended whiskey, and the refined flavour of Speymhor 12-year-old single malt scotch whisky gracefully flowed.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, signalling the conclusion of this golfing adventure, all participants gathered for their scorecard submissions. The golfers took a moment to freshen up in anticipation of the evening’s centrepiece––the gala dinner. The atmosphere hummed with excitement as attendees were treated to a night of entertainment and philanthropy. The gala dinner featured a prize presentation acknowledging the golfing feats of the participants. Cheers erupted as lucky draw winners revelled in their good fortune, adding an extra layer of excitement to the atmosphere. An exclusive auction, conducted in collaboration with Heritouch Gallery, presented the audience with a range of unique art pieces. The live band and performances added a rhythmic cadence to the evening, ensuring that the festivities lingered long into the night.
