A restaurant that honours the bounty and blessing of the land, the restaurant in Glenmarie is unassuming in its location but ambitious is its menu. Compelling, creative and oh-so-delicious, we recommend Dewakan’s Ten Course Menu, consisting of:

• Roasted King Oyster Mushrooms, Green Curry Paste, Yoghurt, Dried Mackerel Flakes
• Braised aubergine braised in Mushroom Stock, Jackfruit Seeds, Black Bean Sauce and Garlic Emulsion
