Kimpton Naluria Kuala Lumpur Brings Retro Flair And 1970s Italian-American Cuisine To Malaysia With Sabato’s

Sitting on the 25th floor of the hotel, Sabato’s, named after the Italian word for ‘Saturday’, mirrors iconic and old-school New York eateries, where heartfelt family dining meets the high-energy spirit of the disco era. The restaurant thrives on lively communal spirit over generous sharing platters, an Italian-dominated wine list, classic cocktails from the 70s with a twist, and a jukebox playing 1970s tracks reminiscent of Saturday Night Fever.

Guests can expect hearty Italian-American favourites crafted with premium local ingredients and subtle Malaysian touches that honour both culinary traditions. Signature offerings include the decadent Spaghetti & Meatballs in rich marinara sauce, the hearty Grilled Malabar snapper, and the creamy Sabato’s Spicy Rigatoni. Complementing the menu are a selection of vintage-inspired cocktails, mocktails, and carefully curated Italian wines, which capture the art of sophistication.

Dolce&Gabbana Come Together With Ray-Ban For A New Eyewear Collection

The collection embodies the DNA of both brands: strong Italian roots, distinctive design codes, and a deep connection to contemporary culture. As Ray-Ban’s most enduring silhouette approaches its 90th anniversary, the Aviator is reimagined into new interpretations of the Shooter and Outdoorsman II. Drawing on archival elements, the Shooter is defined by a stand-out shape, a mother-of-pearl brow bar, and even a built-in cigarette holder. The teardrop lenses come in orange, pink, green, blue, and yellow, with transparent and mirrored options. The Outdoorsman II also captures the essence of timeless design with its prominent brow bar, giving the frame a graphic edge. At the same time, the lightweight metal construction plays with negative space to elevate the overall silhouette. Teardrop lenses, offered in mirrored and transparent options, are available in blue, powder pink, beige, brown, and green. Each pair comes with an exclusive leather case, complete with a leather strap and gold-tone metal carabiner. Finished with signature Dolce&Gabbana detailing, the case is designed to be worn as an accessory and can be easily attached to bags or belts.

The collection is available worldwide through Ray-Ban and Dolce&Gabbana channels and selected retailers.

Christofle Releases Its New Malmaison Riviera Collection

The House’s iconic Malmaison and Malmaison Impériale collections have been reinterpreted for the summer to capture the colours and spirit of the Mediterranean coastline. A deep, natural yellow imbues fifteen pieces of fine porcelain, each with its own hand-drawn décor. This includes serving platters, bowls, mugs, tea and coffee cups, and a cake stand to accompany every delightful moment this summer. Completing the radiant collection are silver-plated napkin rings, knife rests, place card holders, and coasters.

The Christofle collections are available at G118, Ground Floor, Bangsar Shopping Centre.

Diptyque Presents A Revamp Of Its Iconic Classic Candle

First introduced in 1963, the candle has been subtly redesigned by Julie Richoz, enhancing its glass form and signature oval label while preserving its identity. Craftsmanship remains central, with each candle produced in France through precise, multi-stage processes ensuring optimal scent diffusion. The brand expands its scent “herbarium” with five new fragrances—Coffee, Nettle, Black Sesame, Rhubarb, and Shiso—crafted by perfumers Alexandra Carlin and Olivia Giacobetti. A key innovation is the introduction of refillable candles, extending product life while reducing environmental impact. The candles come in 190g (RM355) and 300g (RM515) sizes.

The candle is now available at all Diptyque boutiques.
