Brought to you by the award-winning team at Troika Sky Dining, Strato now serves a hearty Sunday Brunch menu every Sunday from 1 October, 2017. Celebrating fresh, local and imported produce and authentic flavours from the Italian kitchen, the Sunday brunch brings Italy to your table.
The extensive spread consists of over ten different dishes displaying the spirit of Mama’s fine Italian cooking, finishing off with a range of desserts for a sweet ending. Start off with a spread of Antipasti such as Chilled Ricotta Gnocchi with Zucchini Pesto. The baby zucchini is firstly grilled to extract more sweetness, and then chopped with garlic confit to create the pesto. The Salt Baked Baby Beet Roots is a boast of seasonal produce, baked with rock salt at a fixed temperature for 45 minutes. Look forward to main dishes such as Black Mussel with White Wine & Fresh Herbs, and Roasted Wagyu Beef Tagliata for a true Italian experience. It gets bette r— additional helpings are allowed across the menu so leaving the table with room for more food is not an option.
