Crowned the World’s Best Single Cask Single Malt Whisky at the 2016 edition of the World Whiskies Awards, the Kavalan Solist Amontillado (RM1,580) is now available in Malaysia through premium spirits distributor Single & Available. The cask-strength whisky, matured to perfection in sherry barrels in north-eastern Taiwan’s Yilan County, possesses a fruity opener and ends long and dry with caramel embellishments.
