Of the three chronographs Bell & Ross have released this year as part of the ongoing partnership with Renault Sport Formula One Team, the BRX1 Tourbillon RS18 (RM754,000) takes first place. Limited to just 20 pieces worldwide, the 45mm monopusher chronograph is the rarest of the series, as well as the most mechanically complex.
The hand-wound BR-CAL.283 movement is skeletonised to showcase its intricacies and includes a flying tourbillon that features the brand’s ampersand logo rotating with each passing minute. The microblasted titanium case and rubber strap are in line with the rest of the motorsports-inspired collection, as are the splashes of Renault yellow; a bold package that pays tribute to the highest levels of automotive engineering.
